Is HOPE only for recuperative care?
HOPE was purpose-built for recuperative and transitional care workflows, but the platform's core client database, rounds documentation, and incident reporting modules can be adapted for other residential care settings. Contact us to discuss your specific environment.
What devices does HOPE run on?
HOPE is entirely browser-based and runs on any modern device — desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. No software installation is required. Staff access HOPE through a secure login from any facility computer or personal device.
How does the QR code rounds system work?
QR codes are printed and placed at designated checkpoints throughout each facility. When a staff member scans a code with their phone camera, they are taken directly to the HOPE rounds logging screen for that location — pre-populated with the checkpoint details. The scan is timestamped and linked to their account automatically.
How is data protected?
All data transmitted to and from HOPE is encrypted in transit using TLS. Data at rest is encrypted and stored on HIPAA-eligible infrastructure. Access is controlled by role-based permissions, every action is logged, and session timeouts are enforced. A Business Associate Agreement is provided before any PHI is processed.
Can HOPE support multiple locations under one organization?
Yes — multi-site management is a core feature of HOPE. Administrators can view and manage all locations from a single login. Site-level staff see only their location's data. Network-wide reporting rolls up across all sites for leadership visibility.
